The way we work

We like to develop long-term relationships working alongside the client management team. We typically work as retained long term advisers to the Board as:

  • Non executive directors
  • Board observers
  • Semi-exec directors (giving 1-2 days a week)
  • Fixed consultancy engagements

To ensure that we can give personal, timely and constructive advice, each partner typically has no more than four engagements at any one time.

 

Fees

We are flexible in our fee structure.
Normally our fees are a combination of a daily rate or monthly retainer plus success fees linked to achievement of agreed objectives.
We are happy to discuss taking part of our fee in equity.
