Glenn Hurley

Glenn has worked at a senior executive level in marketing services for the last 30 years, mainly in sales and marketing and roles including senior VP of global marketing and president of Asia Pacific for the then world's largest call centre outsourcing company, SITEL. Over the past few years he has worked as an independent consultant in a variety of interim and non-executive roles in industries ranging from children's homes to Rfid security devices. He is currently involved in a start-up proving Contact centre Compliance services. Assignments have varied from sales and marketing planning, M&A strategies, interim CEO, sales support and exit planning.

At Decisions, Glenn won and handled the world's largest outsourcing contract with Microsoft Network (MSN) running operations out of the UK and Brussels in 27 different languages and subsequently leading business growth into AsiaPac. In 2000 Glenn, with an ex SITEL colleague, helped launch Port@l, a visionary new concept of hosting contact centres. In year two it was the fastest growing UK call centre business and now has a turnover in excess of £15m. Glenn specialises in strategic business planning, start-ups and initial rapid growth companies, M&A, contact centre outsourcing and non-executive roles.
